Pre-Hospital Advanced Care Team (PACT) are a dedicated medical company providing a cutting-edge level of healthcare, primarily in the event medicine industry.

The Pre-Hospital Advanced Care Team provides an advanced level of pre hospotal care to events, supplying a range of ED avoidance, Critical Care and enhanced skills. PACT are specialists in providing senior, experienced medical staff both to support current event medical companies as a bolt-on service, and also to comprehensively provide event organisers with the relief of knowing they are commissioning the safest level of medical care. PACT services are tailored to provide a progressive and innovative approach to event medicine, with the primary goal of ensuring the best patient care possible at the point of use. About us:
The PACT model was designed by NHS healthcare professionals with a vast experience in emergency care both in the pre-hospital environment and emergency departments. PACT was conceived from the notion that event medicine has long been poorly governed, and therefore providing a level of medical services far below that which is required to deliver the best care for patients. All of the PACT directors are senior NHS healthcare professionals either working frontline responding to 999 calls or working in the emergency department at an advanced level. All of this whilst having simultaneously worked as event medical providers for many years puts the team in the best position to offer the advanced care desperately needed. With this experience; PACT have identified a need for senior clinical support in the event medicine industry and provide a range of bespoke medical packages from individual practitioners to a full field hospital and include the provision of:
· Paramedics/Specialist Nurses
· Emergency Care Practitioners/Specialist Paramedics
· Advanced Clinical Practitioners
· Doctors

🎆 Fireworks Night at Stourbridge Rugby Club! 🎆

What a fantastic evening supporting our local community! Tonight, our advanced medical team were proud to provide cover at the Stourbridge Rugby Fireworks Display — right here in the heart of where we’re based.

It was a brilliant event with an incredible display and a great turnout from the local community. We’re always proud to support local events and see them continue to grow and flourish.

A huge well done to everyone at Stourbridge Rugby Club for organising such a safe and enjoyable evening. Remember — attending organised firework displays is always the safest way to enjoy Bonfire Night!

We’re already looking forward to working with the club again at future events and continuing to support the people of Stourbridge. 💙

🥋💥 The Pre-Hospital Advanced Care Team (PACT) are very sad to see the end of this year’s Taekwondo season, having just wrapped up the National Sports and Poomsae Championships.

It has been an absolute honour and privilege to provide medical cover for British Taekwondo and their incredible national and international events across the UK. Over the season, we’ve treated hundreds of athletes, delivering advanced-level care to some of the most inspirational competitors we’ve ever met. 👊

We’ve also had the pleasure of working with new clubs who welcomed us so warmly, and continuing our partnership with amazing existing teams who constantly strive to bring out the best in their athletes — teaching respect, honour, and true sportsmanship every step of the way. 🙌

As we look ahead to 2026, there are exciting changes coming to Taekwondo — with new scoring systems and even more adrenaline-fueled action on the mats! 🥇 PACT are thrilled to continue being part of this incredible community and can’t wait to see what’s next.
