Ever feel like anxiety just loops and feeds itself?

This is what’s often called the “Hot Cross Bun Model” — a simple way to understand how our thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviours are all interconnected.

👉 A worried thought like “I’m going to mess this up”
can trigger anxious feelings…
which show up physically (racing heart, tension)…
and lead to behaviours like avoidance or withdrawal.

And the cycle continues 🔄

The key takeaway?
You don’t have to tackle everything at once. Small changes in any one of these areas can start to interrupt the cycle and create a shift.

Awareness is the first step 💛
