Living life is an art , growing up an adventure , growing older a challenge. Not knowing what is ahead of us as we grow older can be very stressful , our bodies may not behave the same way as when we were younger . We need to manage our limitations , discover new frontiers and learn that we can age gracefully and very healthy. As I am getting older I started to realize that things are changing in my body . It may be the lack of energy , the excess pounds the don't seem to go away as easy as it used to be, the eyesight not as sharp as the young years etc.... So I decided to do my own research , read books and talk to doctors and people in general to see if there is a simple and more natural way to make life more pleasant and less painful throughout the more "mature" years. By doing so I have been testing and trying new and old things that I would like to share with you , and let me tell you many good things start with good nutrition .
