And not abandon it.

For many, we have witnessed others, especially our caregivers, treat their body unkindly.

And this imprint runs generationally until we make it our priority to slow down.

Breathe.

Yoga is the Science of Meditation

I discovered Yoga at a young age. Shortly after starting my practice, I realized the immense healing potential this science could offer me in life. After continued practice, I was able to attune my awareness into the subtle energetics of the postures, exploring my body’s intelligence and watching my mind come to focus. Soon after these life-changing discoveries, I decided I was going to teach someday. I practiced on and off throughout adolescence, researching Eastern philosophy and growing my understanding through self-study. I was certified at Yama Yoga Studio where I studied under Marietta Pucillo and Laura Rooney. Training with them gave me the resources, wisdom and knowledge I had always dreamed of utilizing as an instructor. I continue to broaden my awareness of this ancient science as a humble student, which allows me to thrive as a teacher. I am honored to share this knowledge and wisdom with anyone curious in diving into this world. Yoga has transformed me on every level and I believe it is our birthright as humans to have access and space to explore this realm of deep self-study.
