Feeling so grateful this morning. I just received a truly beautiful review of Heal What Hurts on Amazon. It means the world to see people resonating with this work.

The practices in Heal What Hurts go beyond mindset or emotion; they are about energy. When we are triggered, our energy contracts. That contraction blocks the free flow of our higher self through the body. The real work of yoga is to clear those blocked, contracted places so divine light can move freely through us again, restoring clarity, love, and connection to all that we are.

Every time we bring loving presence to a trigger, to the contracted energy in the body, we allow more light, our true nature of divine light, to flow into the world. In doing so, we heal our bodies, our relationships, and ultimately our communities and the world at large.

This powerful breathwork session is an invitation to move stagnant, contracted energy out of the energy field of your body; release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your true self.
Through a guided, active breathing technique, you’ll be supported in:
• Releasing stored stress and emotional tension
• Processing past experiences held in the body
• Clearing stuck or stagnant energy
• Opening to a sense of lightness, clarity, and emotional freedom
This practice can be more intense than traditional meditation or yoga—but it’s deeply transformative. You'll be held in a safe, grounded container with music, breath cues, and gentle guidance to support your journey.
We'll begin with grounding movement and intention-setting, then move into the breathwork and end in deep rest.
No experience necessary. Come as you are. Leave more connected, open, and free.

Could be a fidget of your own imagination. A mirror of your hidden self. A resentful glare, a dreamy stare. 🤔🪞

Seems wise at this point not to take any of it too personally; after all it’s all one big samsaric Illusion of separate puppets, posing as totally temporary characters. 🌀🎭😯

Soon it all fades back into the quantum pool of potential in deep still Presence at the Source deep inside. ✨🧡✨
