Iโ€™m so grateful to have completed the final part of Oncology Massage Training Foundation Program this past weekend. Feeling deeply honoured to be a part of a wonderful group of therapists dedicated to supporting people diagnosed with, or a history of cancer.

Providing a nurturing and gentle approach to people on this challenging journey is truly a gift. Benefits of this treatment can support fatigue, anxiety, reduce pain and nausea, and improve sleep.

Here are a few simple ways to ease the transition:
