A properly soft and perfect autumn weekend which felt like it went on forever
Richmond Hike and Qi Gong on Saturday with and .up
Lots of walking and running around Battersea park, lunch and interiors planning at
Closing out the weekend with chia and oat pudding with some dates, coated hazelnuts and a little granola

huge week of walking and as expected everything I feel gets revealed to me in those moments
legs would love a break from the mental health walks though - especially the 2 hour walk to work

A week of finding the balance 🌀
Runs, dinners out, concerts and Halloween parties, in amongst it all managed to carve out time for self care and joy. In a phase of just saying yes, spending more time walking and enjoying London more than ever

Summer is over and so is my desire to lug myself around parks running
Instead I’m back in my love of long Pilates sessions and trips to .e1 for hot yoga or a 4beat practice
The nervous system calming walks have also made a comeback, feels good to care for my body in the way it wants rather than forcing it
