Who says healthy food is boring?

Not me.

My healthy food is delicious, nutritious and I love eating it.

Tonight we had halloumi with a spicy mango dressing, shredded vegetable salad on flat bread 😋.

If I wasn't so full I'd be eating it again.

I've done it again...I've signed up for another one of The Conqueror Challenges

A bit further and a bit longer this time, over 3000km I'm hoping to do in a year 😬🤞.

I love these challenges, they're a great way to keep you motivated and it's not only distance based sports/workouts. You can convert any workout to a distance.

And you get a shiny medal 🙌
