Will this ‘ONLINE Fascia Intensive’ course work for me?

Let us answer some questions which may be in your head right now…

❓Will this work for me if I’m not a yoga teacher?
Absolutely! It is true, many of our students are yoga teachers or yoga therapists but we consciously decided to allow ‘non-teachers’ into this course. Why? Because we focus mainly on embodied knowledge, giving you the intellectual understanding and then exploring what that actually means and feels like in our own bodies. We believe that you do NOT need diplomas to deeply connect with yourself.

❓Will this work for me if I don't have much time?
Definitively! You will receive 6 months of full access to all online materials. Giving you plenty of time to find your own rhythm and pace. You are free to decide when and how much you invest yourself as you’ll be guided through this 50-hour training.

❓Will this work for me if I am over 50?
Certainly! In fact, many of our former students were over 50 (some of them even over 70!) when taking this course and they were all excited about it. Our individual approach will allow you to choose your own level of intensity, whether you are 22 or 77 years old.
