Drinking water over the limit will make you UNHEALTHY!!!
You might have heard drink more water for better health but now I am going to tell you some really helpful information that will make you think twice before you drink water endlessly without paying any attention to limit the water intake.
More water creates elemental imbalance in your body
You know that your body is not 100% water, it has heat, cold, air, minerals(metals like iron etc) and more. So when you start drinking water over the limit you maximize water element in your body which will result in reduction of other elements present in your body which may lead to malfunctioning of your body and roots to other diseases.
More water will/may flush the nutrients you consumed
As said earlier body is made up of many elements body should not be over hydrated if its over hydrated it will attempt to flush out the nutritional elements out of your body like if you have ate a nutritious meal and all the nutrition is being used to build or grow your body and you over hydrate your body and force excess water to reach area where your nutrients are being used your body forces the water to leave that area and the water leaving that area will take some portion of nutrition from that area and reach kidneys which will/may eventually flush out the excess water which maybe containing nutrition, elements of your body like minerals and more.
More water may give you water weight
sometimes excess water gets stored in body in muscles, fat, etc which will increase your weight and will/may make you feel fat bulky and tired making you feel weak and also may hide your muscles from being seen thats why bodybuilders fast without drinking water before competing to get rid of water mass and for muscle visibility.
