Why is it a good plan to put your crystals out in morning sunlight?
💫 Because the connections to earth and sun can help them cleanse and recharge.
💫 Halloween is coming so bring your crystals in after a recharge to help hold a balance, a higher vibe back in to protect your home and energy.
Do this every 2 weeks or so for any home crystals.

Colour, light, shade along with energy qualities, like pressure, speed, ionisation all matter. As well as the atmosphere left by past emotions, clutter and disharmony. They create the matrix of energy within our homes and following feng shui and sacred space principles can really enhance the vibe within our homes. You don't have to push through tension and pain, there are lots of ways Kinesiology can help with this. Take action before issues become deeply intrenched and back damage occurs. Todays work included a 90 minute session helping someones neck, shoulders and back feel a whole lot better. Image below illustrates some things I did to help.
