Our Story

I started my career as a young physio setting out top change the world. I always felt there was something more, something we were missing. I have always been looking for something different, something that will make more of a long-term difference. Something that would add value… I started my roller coaster journey when I attended my first Be Activated - Level 1 course in 2011. It has a undeniable impact on my own health. It transformed my business. It would change my world forever. Today I can say I have found my purpose. I love teaching ‘Be Activated ‘. There is noting like the look on someone’s face when their body responds in ways, they never thought possible! I had the opportunity to learn and teach side by side with the founder of Be Activated, Douglas Heel. It is a real privilege to teach his ‘Be Activated’ course on my own today.
