Want to try a body-first approach to healing?

Your breath is the one system that works automatically—and yet, you can also take control of it. It’s the bridge between your body and your nervous system, constantly communicating how safe and supported you feel.

In this Somatic Breathwork Group, we’ll explore what it means to truly feel safe in your body, nurture your nervous system, and use the breath to release the energy your body has been holding onto. From there, we’ll journey inward—back home to yourself.

This deeply connective practice helps you step out of fight or flight and back into your body—to rest, to feel, and to listen to what it’s been trying to tell you.

✨ What does “Somatic” mean?
“Somatic” simply means of the body.

Somatic Yoga is all about slowing down and learning to feel your body from the inside out — instead of just trying to make shapes or “get it right.”

It’s gentle, mindful movement that helps you release tension, reconnect with your body, and feel more grounded and calm. 🌿

Think of it as yoga that’s less about how it looks, and more about how it feels.

Finding the meeting point where mind meets body.

Our 5 week beginners course starts Thursday October 30th at 5pm.

Over five sessions you will learn how to use props, the foundational movements and how to bring yoga into your life for your mind and body!
