I am a 28 year old New Englander with big dreams, a big heart, and a passion to change the world.

My family calls me Mom, Steph, Bun, and so on. I am a mother to my beautiful Olivia and a wife to my high school sweetheart Adam. As an overweight child and teen, I struggled with my weight and confidence. After the birth of my daughter, I decided to take charge of my health and show my Olivia you can do anything you set your mind to do. After losing 80 pound I ran my first half marathon and a few months later trained to compete in a fitness competition. The greatest accomplishment was standing on a stage in a bikini in front of hundreds of people and feeling beautiful. It was at that moment I knew that fitness would forever be a part of my life. It didn't matter if I left with a trophy or not. Having my daughter in the audience, watching me work so hard at something and achieve it was a moment I will never forget. I live my life with a drive to make sure everyone feels loved, beautiful and believes in themselves and their dreams. Fitness and health is not a size 0, its not being the best runner, or being able to lift the heaviest weight and its certainly not about a number on the scale. Fitness and health is a world where you compete with one person, yourself. Be better than you were yesterday, inspire others to do the same, and live a life full of love, gratitude, and happiness. Everything else will follow.
