•Mandatory crew training, availability of injectable adrenaline
•I’ll never forget the time my bags were taken off the plane & I was nearly taken off the plane by armed guards all because I had declared my allergies pre-flight, thats why this article states 43% of inflight allergic reactions weren’t reported, people at risk of anaphylaxis live in fear 😔

OK and even ran a marathon but I would advocate to always administer adrenaline like EpiPen and Anapen at the first sign of anaphylaxis and then call an ambulance and go to hospital.

Waiting for symptoms to progress potentially is risky and certainly there have been terrible outcomes the world over even with appropriate first aid.

Giving adrenaline without delay helps to save allergy lives.
