Prenatal Yoga course
Being a mom-to-be is such a wonderful thing in life! But it is not an easy for us women. During the 10 months of pregnancy, we sometimes feel excited, we fear, we stress, we loose sleep, we are lack of emotional stability... all because of this beautiful change inside of our body.
Prenatal Yoga will help you to stabilize your emotion, strengthen the particular muscles and joints of your body – this is especially good for birth-giving. It is also going to teach you valuable breathing tips for releasing the tension when the labouring time comes.
Prenatal yoga exercise will lead you to new discoveries, bring you awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your baby. It also helps you to meet and bond with other pregnant women and prepare for the stress of being a new parent.
The teacher has studied yoga and graduated in Yoga tree, San Francisco, USA. She has been teaching and practicing all kinds of yoga since 2012. The teaching language will be mainly in English, will help in Finnish if needed.
Notice: Please don’t eat big meal one hour before the prenatal yoga class. You can take some snack and bottle of water with you when coming to the course. Water can be taken to the class room, you can enjoy your snack after the class! :)
