😌What is Restorative Yoga 💤
Unlike vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga is a passive practice that allows participants to stretch and gently open the muscle fascia with the aim of releasing tension to promote relaxation. Poses are held for longer periods of time, and participants are tasked with releasing effort and unclenching muscles.
Each day we will carve out 10-20 minutes for our self care using a variety of restorative yoga poses and breath techniques to promote relaxation.
Squeeze these short classes in during your lunch break, after dropping off the kids, before bed or whenever you find time!
This program contains 7 days of restorative yoga classes ALL LESS THAN 20 MINUTES LONG.
