The focus for August, nutrition. Food is where I fall short. I love food, it is delicious. I do not always make the best choices. My body literally rejects crap and sometimes (a lot) I eat it anyway and deal with the consequences later. 🤷🏾‍♀️😫🤦🏾‍♀️

In August, following a nutrition plan, I strive to give my body what it needs to perform like a fat burning machine! My food choices will get me the best marks! Exercise will be extra credit.
