It’s been a while since I posted! But let’s give this a try. Fat head pizza with pickle ranch and mozzarella. Well half ranch half garlic sauce.

Cheese encrusted omelette filled with bacon, cream cheese and some greens. Call me crazy but I used some chopped up basil and it tastes so good.

Looks like a mess but tasty. The is cauliflower risotto with bacon. And then some Tuscan chicken for dinner. Mmmm mmm mmmm

Haven’t posted in a while. Sorry about that. We had left over smoked chicken so I mixed it with sour cream, cream cheese, enchilada sauce and some taco seasoning. Covered in cheese and then a quick broil. Cauliflower rice with tomatoes and taco seasoning.
