My heart is absolutely broken, but my head knows she is at peace 🕊️

4 Ingredient -Chocolate Toasted Almond Balls 👇 😋

25 pitted dates
1/4 cup almond butter
4T pure cocoa powder
Topping: Pre-Toasted (by you) slivered almonds

All ingredients into a food processor (EXCEPT your pre-toasted almond slivers)

Pulse until sticky – crumbly mixture forms (add a teaspoon or two of water if mixture is still too dry and pulse on and off a few more seconds)

Roll into bite-sized balls in the palm of your hands

Roll each ball through toasted almond slivers

Note:
When pre-toasting your slivered almonds, ahead of time, keep an eye on the stove as these can quickly burn. Keep on medium heat and stir occasionally until fully golden and toasted.

The first 4 days all sugar will be stripped from the diet. Every 4 days, new foods will be added back into the plan.

A very tough workout in honour of Lt. Michael Murphy today.

Lt. Murphy knew the only way any one of his teammates was coming out alive was to sacrifice himself, and so that’s just what he did. Not all hero’s wear capes.

It was an absolute honour to workout with these crazy-tough individuals today is the “Murph” hero memorial workout! 🙏 ❤️
