🧠💪 November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month
It's a topic very close to my heart, as I have lost a few very special men in my life, including my Dad, to su***de. I wish they were still here. I wish I had been able to have the opportunity to talk with them but it's not easy admitting to anyone that you're struggling.
Every day, countless men struggle in silence, battling anxiety, depression, burnout, and the weight of expectations to "stay strong."
But strength isn’t silence. Strength is speaking up, asking for help and supporting one another through the tough times.
This month, let’s break the stigma and start the conversation.
👉 Check in on your friends.
👉 Listen without judgment.
👉 Encourage openness because mental health matters just as much as physical health.
If you’re struggling, you’re not alone.
Reach out — talk to a friend, family member, counselor, or a helpline.
Taking that first step is courage, not weakness. 💙
