Trillium Exchange offers several plans: Individual, Small Group, Catastrophic and Dental.

Trillium is dedicated to improving the physical, behavioral, and oral health of our members through partnerships, prevention and access to quality health care in Lane County. Trillium plan levels (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) vary in deductibles and co-pays depending on varying healthcare needs. Trillium Medicare Advantage is a comprehensive health plan for adults 65 and older, with personalized service and a plan tailored to meet specific health needs. Trillium Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) provides access to healthcare through the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) to income qualifying adults and children. Our History

Trillium is proud to partner with FOOD for Lane County to bring fresh fruits and vegetables to people in need through programs like Trillium Produce Plus and Veggie Rx. Recently Debi Farr, Brit Taft, and Kendra Pennington from Trillium’s Community Engagement team helped sort donations and pack food boxes at FOOD for Lane County. We’re grateful for these opportunities to serve our local community!

Our Trillium Community Health Plan team was grateful for the opportunity to support Bridges on Broadway, Homes for Good’s new Permanent Supportive Housing apartment community. We assembled 20 move-in kits and helped set up 20 rooms for new residents who will move in on October 1. Bridges on Broadway connects its residents to healthcare, employment services and more.
