Low estrogen is generally a sign of perimenopause, which can start as early as 35. To prevent early menopause, include phytoestroen rich foods in your diet.

Sorry have not been posting, got violently attacked by a male 10 years my junior. I remember being 20, and saying to a gf "Wow, I can't wait til I'm 40, sexual harassment will stop!"
Ah how sweet.
I'm 50 and a half.
I hope you beautiful sisters out there are not having to deal with anything similar
or worse.
Today went to martial arts class to try & place anger. Anger is so confusing right now, it seems to be coming from within as well as from without. Have never been an angry person, The smooth, ritual movements help me to ground, but I think I am going to switch to boxing again, as hitting something/one that hard is starting to feel too good...😈

Hello, all ye faithful. Sorry about the radio silence, have had visitors from overseas along with the everyday chaos, and frankly, did not want to read any more whiny posts from men. I didn't exclude them from the post boost as was hoping (and did!) find a few who were perhaps in need of an objective opinion or advice on their partners' mental stability, or something along those lines. And there came EXACTLY they with whom we menopausing women have absolutely no more patience with! We are, I think, collectively mature enough to know a do*****ag as a do*****ag, and to know to ignore it. Thank you to all gendered people who have held on this long. More to follow. Meantime, members, don't hesitate to post opinions, advice, reassurances, or simply good netflix ideas. Thank you and happy Solstice!
