🌸 Explorer’s Club is heading to the Blue Lotus Water Garden (Yarra Junction)! 🌿✨

Imagine spending the day wandering through peaceful garden paths beside sparkling lakes, surrounded by rows of lotus and waterlilies in full bloom. 🪷

It’s one of those places that instantly slows you down — beautiful views, gentle nature sounds, and plenty of spots to pause, breathe, and take it all in.

🕘 Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm

🍽️ Lunch is on us — we’ll share a relaxed meal together as part of the day.

🧡 Cooking Club wrap-up! 🍳✨

This week we cooked in a temporary new kitchen for this month with all sorts of distractions and interruptions… and our crew handled it amazingly. 🙌

With lots of patience, great teamwork, and plenty of good conversation, everyone kept going and created the deliciousness that was Mee Goreng 🤤🔥

We also gave Saa Hor Fun a go… and yep, we decided it’s definitely an acquired taste 😅
You win some, you lose some — and we were happy to take the win with the Mee Goreng and enjoy a yummy lunch together! 🧡

🧡 Games Club is heading to HIJINX HOTEL! 🧩🎮✨

Get ready for a supported, confidence-building outing filled with quick-play challenge rooms, teamwork, and big laughs as we race the clock, solve puzzles, and give each room a go together.

It’s a fun way to practise real-life skills in the community like communication, turn-taking, following directions, problem-solving, and regulating emotions (celebrating wins and trying again when something’s tricky). 🙌

A night under the dome ✨🎥🌌

We’re heading to Dome Under Film Festival at the Melbourne Planetarium (Scienceworks) — an immersive, full-dome film experience on a 16m domed ceiling with reclining seats and surround sound (it’s the kind of “wow” you feel in your whole body).

Before the show, we’ll kick things off with a relaxed pre-show dinner at Grazeland — a foodie playground with loads of choice and a fun atmosphere (plus it’s right next door to Scienceworks).

What a beautiful day out at McClelland Sculpture Park + Gallery 🧡🌿

Today we slowed right down and found a whole new appreciation for art — especially sculpture. Our tour guide was incredible, sharing the stories behind each piece: the how, the why, and the meaning woven into every detail. It added so much depth, and suddenly each sculpture felt even more alive.

The grounds were genuinely serene and tranquil — the kind of space that invites you to breathe deeper, feel calmer, and stay present. We also loved heading inside to cast our votes for the People’s Choice Award at the exhibition… safe to say there were some strong favourites! 🎨🗳️

Days like this are so powerful — building confidence in the community, encouraging connection and conversation, supporting communication skills, and creating opportunities to practise independence in a supported way. Most of all, it’s about shared experiences that leave everyone feeling included, grounded, and inspired. 🧡✨

Bowling Club this week was the perfect way to get our year of activities rolling! 🎳🧡

We had so much fun kicking things off with a classic that never misses — good laughs, great vibes, and lots of cheering each other on.

This session was extra special because our clients came in confident and ready… showing us tricks and techniques they’ve been practising 🙌

One of our legends even dropped the bumpers today and won one of the games — what a moment!!! 🥳👏

We are genuinely so proud of the growth and improvement we’re seeing.

Moments like these aren’t just fun — they’re powerful. They support things like:
