1 year ago yesterday I was at my lowest weight in 20+ years. Won't say where I'm at right now. Keeping dinner simple, Angus burger, cheese, raspberries and a little chocolate for dessert.

No crafting today. Did a walk down to Nye Beach, bypassed the yummy treats at the BAKERY, and back through the mini forest. Not bad. Sun was out, air was cool.
