I've heard too many stories recently from friends and clients about how poor health and the emotional roller coaster limit their capacity to live life to its fullest.

One thing that has become abundantly clear to me in the past year is that life is way too short! Without your health, nothing else matters. It's time to wake the health up and take control of your health and happiness.

I'm excited to announce that I've created a 28 day Clean Up Your life kickstart for those ready to take control of their health and restore their mind, body, and spirit and transform their life.

If you are ready to discover how to create mindset, food, and lifestyle habits that will get you off the emotional and diet roller coaster to live a life you love in happiness and health DM me and let me know. I will send you more information.

Stopping to take a deep breath can help virtually every situation.

Feeling a bit stressed, overwhelmed, frustrated?

Are you taking time to breathe?

I don't mean the shallow, panting breath as you scurry through your day. I'm talking about intentionally taking time to engage your body, mind, and spirit in deep breathing that can bring balance to your nervous system.

Want to reduce anxiety, stress, fear, and those racing thoughts?

Just breathe!

Blueberries may not be in season but these tasty nuggets and their powerful health benefits can still be found in the freezer section. Blueberries, rich in flavonoids, are low-glycemic yet high in fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and Manganese and antioxidants. In addition to many other health benefits, studies show that blueberries can support brain function and improve memory.

FYI, blueberries have a higher pesticide residual in contrast to other fruits and vegetables so go organic if possible.

Use frozen blueberries in a smoothie, muffins, cobblers, oatmeal, jams or sauces. The possibilities are endless.

What is your favorite way to use frozen blueberries?
