A lot of our conversations with clients this month are about eating mindfully during holiday meals and events
And it's hard!
Meal are at abnormal times, often not in your own house 🥣
Food is abundant
Drinks are flowing 🥂
How do you break through the noise?
➡️ Eating mindfully starts before you even sit down to eat
Before you go:
1️⃣ Think about what foods you are most looking forward to
Focus on those at the meal. Worry less about having a taste of everything and savor the things you love🥧
2️⃣ Think about what time the meal will be at
Have a snack or a meal beforehand so you are arriving hungry but not overly hungry 🥪
3️⃣ Consider your holiday intention (see our previous post if you haven't set one yet)
Think about what other steps you can take so you meet your intention at the event
