My amazing guest is Rey Ortega who found healing through a vegan diet after suffering lots of health issues as a child. We discuss how he discovered the solutions for himself after he realized that the medical profession did not have the answers.

Rey is an entrepreneur and somewhat of a pioneer. He founded one of the first vegan cookie brands on the market back in 1994. Then, 3 years later, in 1997, he founded the Sun Flour Baking Company which he still runs today. Rey has literally sold millions of vegan cookies!

His company produces raw and baked gluten-free cookies, and they are all created without using any animal products.
