Finding Harmony I started this page many years ago, as I thought for a moment that I wanted to help others find their way back to themselves. Instead, it heats on contact.

I decided to focus more on myself first. Now, 10+ years later, I want to open this space as a place to offer each other support. Infared (IR) is a light of a frequency that is invisible to the human eye. IR does not heat the air, like most conventional heaters do. IR penetrates deep into skin, increasing circulation by expanding capillaries, thus stimulating increased blood flow, circulation, and oxygenation. IR detoxifies by stimulating sweating, releasing toxins to be eliminated via sweat. Because IR penetrates more deeply than other heat sources, it is a more effective detoxifier than conventional saunas. The IR sauna burns hundreds of calories by increasing one's rate of metabolism and core temperature. The higher temperature breaks down cellulite, trapped water, fat, and wastes. (Helps you lose weight)

IR promotes the killing and removal of pathogens: bacteria, viruses, parasites. (Very helpful in treating Lyme's disease)

IR promotes the repair of injured tissues-- cuts, bruises, scars -- by its positive effect on fibroblasts (connective tissue), increasing growth of cells, DNA synthesis, and protien synthesis. IR relaxes muscles. It decreases tension, soreness, and spasms. (It can help enhance the benefits of massage therapy when used before or after massages.) IR enhances the immune system by elevating core body temperature, which results in accelerating the immune systen and improved elimination of wastes. IR boosts cardiovascular fitness. According to an article in JAMA published Aug 7, 1981, p2 of a 9p article, IR provides cardiovascular conditioning benefits equal to working out on a treadmill. Reports of studies done in Japan indicate that IR helps fibromyalgia, and IR can benefit high blood pressure if used daily. Blood flow rises from 5-7 qt/min to up to 13 qt/min. IR is highly effective at treating pain associated with sprains, neuralgia, bursitis, muscle spasms, and joint stiffness.

I've been trying to figure out how best to post an apology here, as I am very sorry if I let anyone else down by not continuing the grief group. I know I felt let down. The thing is, I'd just gotten overwhelmed by so many losses in such a short amount of time, and I felt the need to retreat and focus on getting myself to a better place again. This reel I found this morning really captured well what I've been feeling. My initial vision for this page still remains true; I'd like it to be a safe place to come together and walk each other through this beautiful mess we call life on Earth... 💗🙏💜

Grief can be a thief, it will steal your whole life if you let it. But I’m finding that if you can see it through, truly loving and caring for yourself, there just might be a glimmer of hope on the other side. It makes you appreciate what you do have so much more, and can stretch your heart so wide open. That just makes more room for love, and opportunities to build more precious memories. But it’s sure not easy getting there at times!

I love this perspective!

As a response to life, anxiety arises in the Human Being when the mind, heart and Soul are not in alignment with each other and we don't live true to our truth and values.

To overcome feelings of anxiety, we must find out what's sacred to us and embody it, live it, experience it as much as we can...

If we are ever off the path of our values, let us not judge ourselves...Be kind in the mind and heart...

Re-asses where you are in life and what circumstances you find yourself in...Create new goals and commit to return to what is meaningful to you...

Stay awake! Be aware! Forgive yourself often...

Life brings us to many different internal and external landscapes...Don't judge yourself harshly...

The goal is to be aware of your inner talk and be able to instruct your "critical thoughts" to "back off" and let YOU be in control of your destiny.

Remember, anxiety is a response to life...it is a symptom that tells you that something is out of alignment inside you.

It is not a disease of the mind. You are not mentally ill...

You are Human. You feel. And your feelings tell you to take note of what is happening inside...

Stay loving to yourself in your mind, heart and soul...

There is a deep need to change the conversation from "mental illness" to "what it means to be human". Pathologizing human emotions only creates more wounding and detachment from our true nature as Soulful Beings in a physical body. .............................................................
