Preventive Health Yogic Toolbox, 10 week Kundalini Yoga Series_ Week 1
So excited to start this brand new series meant to teach yogic tools to prevent or alleviate some commons ailments.
This week we're starting with the spine health. This Tuesday we're focusing on the lower spine tightness and the sciatic nerve area. And then on Thursday we'll move up the body and work on the ribcage area and upper body, neck and shoulder area. This week's practice is great for people who want to work on their back health. Ideally you would want to do some kind of back focused practice daily to have the best effects.
