Restuarant Style Chilli Paneer.
Being craving for this one since a while and finally I made with with the help of my mom .
Recipeeee- In a bowl take 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 3 tablespoons maida (all purpose flour).
Next add ½ teaspoon garlic paste , black pepper, deghi mirch and salt. Whisk the slurry well and add the cubes.
Fry the marinated cubes ( air fryer or shallow fry ). In the remaining oil add silted green chillies, ginger garlic and stir fry them on high flame.
Add chopped onions stir fry till golden brown, add capsicum . Add salt and pepper.
In a bowl mix 2 TSP of each - dark soya sauce - red chilli sauce - ketchup and vinegar . Mix these well and pour them on the veggies .
Just add the fried paneer and mix these well!
