From the bottom of my heart, thank you for so graciously hosting our Earth's Whisper — Rooted Presence event today.
Your beautiful, welcoming space created the perfect sanctuary for what turned out to be a truly magical afternoon.
Together we connected deeply as a community.
We journeyed through the powerful 9D Breathwork "Anchor into Presence," by 9D Breathwork bathed in the gentle flow of Reiki energy integration, allowed the healing vibrations of the drum, tuning forks, and rain sticks to wash over us, and finally immersed ourselves in the aligning, crystalline tones of the sound bowls.
To close, we integrated as a collective—holding sacred space for one another in such tenderness and presence.
What emerged was a shared sense of calm, centered clarity that truly ignited our inner light.
The energy in the room was palpable, peaceful, and profoundly healing.
A huge thank you to everyone who showed up and said yes to this experience! Our sold-out gathering was a beautiful testament to the power of coming together for collective healing.
We're so grateful for each of you, and for Harmony Health and Fitness for providing such a nurturing home for this work.
