Feel Good Hub Christmas Gathering – You’re Invited 🎄

We know its early but we’d love to invite all our regular teachers and clients who have supported us over the past year to a relaxed festive gathering on Saturday 6th December, 5–8pm, next door at 99 & Main.

This is our chance to gather, raise a glass (or mug), and thank you properly for being part of the Feel Good Hub community – for attending classes, sharing your energy, and helping make this space what it is. Your support over the past year means so much, and we would not be here without you.

If you can, come along, bring a partner or friend, enjoy something mulled (or fizzy), a mince pie or two, and a few hours of relaxed festive vibes. Emma will be just home and returns to join the team too.

Our final Sound Bath of the year - and a little festive one at that! 🎶💫

Join Paula for an evening of deep relaxation as the soothing sounds of bowls and gongs help you unwind and reset before the festive season fully kicks in!

Bring along anything you need to feel warm and cosy - blankets, socks, pillows, whatever makes you comfy - and stay for something mulled and a mince pie afterwards, as a thank you for sharing these events with us throughout the last year.

Take a look at the schedule above for all your regular classes running this week.

This Sunday, 16th November, marks Amy’s last class before she heads off on her maternity leave 💛

We want to take a moment to wish her all the very best for this next exciting chapter and to say a huge thank you for all her hard work, warmth and support since we opened last September.

Amy has been a big part of your (Saturday) then Sunday mornings over the past year - a calm, grounding way to round off the week - and we know many of you have loved her Slow Flow classes.

Here’s to a safe and speedy arrival for Baby T, and we look forward to welcoming Amy back to the Hub when the time is right for her.

Come and join her this Sunday for her final class (for now!) and help us send her off with all the love 💛

🍂 Why Yoga & Pilates can feel so helpful at this time of year 🍂

As the seasons shift and the days grow cooler, it’s natural to feel your energy dip a little, along side the daylight. Yoga & Pilates can help you move through this change with a little more ease - building warmth, strength & mobility in the body, while also calming the mind, and maybe event shaking you out of a slump!

Both practices help boost circulation, support your immune system & ease the tension that comes with sitting, being inside more and seeing a little less daylight. They’re the perfect antidote to autumn stiffness - whilst also helping you stay grounded, centred & present in the moment.

So, if you are feeling the effects of the darker evenings already, come join us to roll out your mat, move your body, and give yourself a little feel-good boost.

A little pause!!

Emma is currently taking a short break over the next few weeks and will return to The Hub on Monday 15th December.

During this time, emails will be monitored less frequently (on Mondays and Thursdays). Please rest assured your message will be attended to in due course, and any refunds or booking issues will be processed / dealt with as we are able.

If you need to cancel or amend a class booking, you can do this easily via your Bookwhen account, in line with our 6-hour cancellation policy (visible at the time of booking or within our website’s Terms & Conditions).

Please see the tail end of our Sunday newsletter email for helpful links on how to cancel a class or how to change a class booking.

Please remember to arrive in good time for your sessions - doors open 10 mins prior to class start, close promptly minutes before class starts, late entry during this period cannot be guaranteed.

A brand-new week, a fresh month - and a new face joining our Feel Good Hub teaching team! 💛

We’re so happy to welcome Kath Hartley to the studio. Kath will be covering our Monday evening Yoga classes for the next few weeks, bringing her calm energy and years of experience to the mat. You can find out more about Kath below, or in this week’s newsletter - and if you haven’t met her yet, come along and say hello this Monday!

We’re so grateful to Kath (and all our other Monday cover teachers), for stepping in and helping to keep your Mondays moving.

Kath has been practicing yoga for over ten years, and qualified as a 200 hour Vinyasa Flow teacher in 2018. Since then, she has trained in Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga and Hatha. She also specialises in Yoga For Runners and Yoga for Beginners, offering workshops and courses in these areas.

Kath loves teaching dynamic styles of yoga with a focus on strength and flexibility, as well as slower styles to allow you the space to rest and replenish. Kath’s classes focus on nourishing the body and soul, and she aims to make sessions as accessible as possible, by offering variations for students to modify as needed.

Kath says; “The most important thing to me as a teacher is that I create a space where people can take what they need from the practice, and feel supported. There’s nothing better than seeing someone come to class after a tough day and then leave feeling so much brighter - it’s the whole reason that I love to teach!”

Monday Update!

A few of you eagle-eyed folk spotted that not all of our Monday sessions were showing on the booking site (Thank you for getting in touch about this).

The new timetable is now sorted and they’re now all live and ready to book!

🌿 New Faces at The Feel Good Hub this Autumn ! 🌿

As many of you know, Emma is shortly taking a little pause from teaching during November and our lovely Amy will soon be heading off on her maternity leave 💛 We’re therefore very happy to be welcoming some new teachers to our Feel Good team over the next few weeks!

✨ Emma’s classes will be shared by our regulars Maisie and Jacqui T, and we’re delighted to introduce Kath Hartley, who joins us with a wealth of experience as both a Yoga teacher and studio manager. Kath will be joining us for the first time this coming Monday 3rd November teaching both the flow and beginners sessions.

✨ We’re also welcoming back Jane Robertshaw (who some of you will know from covering Amy’s classes this summer) and introducing Bethany Batty, who will be sharing Sunday classes on a rotating basis.

We’re incredibly grateful to them all for sharing their time, experience & love of Yoga with our community - and we can’t wait for you to meet them.

This Week at the Hub

How lovely was that extra hour this morning? Hopefully, you used it to rest, move a little slower, or enjoy a quiet cuppa before the day began. As the evenings draw in, the studio feels extra cosy -
a welcoming space to stretch, breathe and find your rhythm for the week ahead.

This week marks Emma’s final classes until mid-December, so this is your invitation to join her for the last time in a while! She’ll be teaching both Yoga Flow & Stretch and Beginners & Improvers Yoga on Monday evening. Keep an eye on our socials and newsletter for details of cover teachers while she’s away.

We’re also welcoming Zoe back from her hols, returning to teach both Mat-Based Pilates and Beginners & Improvers Pilates on Tuesday.

The rest of your super familiar team - Maisie, Jacqui, Jackie, and Amy - are here too, keeping the energy balanced, the movements mindful, and the week feeling good.

So as the light fades a little earlier and the season continues to shift, we hope you’ll take some time for yourself - a class, a stretch, or simply a pause to breathe.

Here’s to all things autumn, slower evenings, warmer layers, pumpkin spice and a fresh week ahead.

Beginners / Return to Yoga - New Dates!!

Our next 4-Week Beginners Yoga Course with Jacqui T is open for booking!

Wednesdays – 14th, 21st, 28th January & 4th February

7.30pm – 8.30pm @ The Feel Good Hub, Bingley​

This friendly, supportive course is perfect for those completely new to Yoga or returning after some time away. Over the four weeks, Jacqui will guide you through the fundamentals — introducing postures, breathing techniques and gentle movement to help you build confidence, strength and flexibility at your own pace.

Classes are small and relaxed, giving plenty of time for guidance and questions. It’s a lovely way to begin or return to Yoga, and to create a habit that supports both body and mind as we move into the new year. We have all the equipment you need so just come as you are!

Places are kept small so everyone gets a little more space and attention - so if you’ve been waiting to begin, it’s a great time to join. If you have any questions or would like a little help deciding if this course is right for you, please drop us an email & we are always happy to help.
