I'm starting a master's thesis in MBM. I love working with business owners and experts. Those who are already expanding the project or just starting it.

At any stage, we need people - a team. And the question often arises: how to structure a project and a team and lead them effectively.

This is the focus of my master's degree in business management, “Designing a Team Development Framework for E-learning Company: structure, psychological aspects, leadership.”

I'm Olga Zolotova - Expert in launching and scaling a digital business for entrepreneurs and business owners with the help of a self-managed team.

An assistant or 5, 15 people who help in business development, all this is a team. I have found that a wise relationship with even one employee can ensure the stable growth of a project. And even more so if there are more people in the team.

In my first business, the Foreign Languages Centre, I first experienced the benefits of this phenomenon. I realized that with the help of my team anything is possible. Start a business, scale the business, have time and energy for yourself, hobbies, family and for creative ideas development in the business.

I thought I was lucky. But now, deeply studying and practicing the System of Mental Seeds, cause-effect relationships, I understand there is a deep reason fro everything& Success has reasons and it can not only be repeated, but also increased.

So I helped clients launch 6 projects in 6 months already in the current expertise. 3 of them are already scalable. 2 more are launching.

What is a cause-effect relationship? These are the non-obvious, underlying causes of everything we have in life. For example: the reason for financial success is generosity, for happy relationships-taking care for lonely people. Ancient Asian wisdom that has been passed down from generation to generation for 2500 years. And if it has reached us, then it really works.

This approach helps to create the true reasons for a successful business. Develop it steadily. Find the root causes of problems in business, relationships, finances, health. With the help of a set of tools, get rid of problems, feel freedom, confidence in any situation.

❤️TODAY I CLEARLY REALIZED ONE THING…
.. that my success in business and life does not depend on how many posts I wrote, how many lives I gave, how many persuasive letters I wrote, how tough I was with employees, clients, myself, freelancers or how much I invested into adds.

🍀It depends only on the reasons that I have created for my success in the balance. How supportive I am with people around, how happy I am about the successes of my colleagues, if I pay for mentoring from the generosity state, and accept opportunities to help others.

So yesterday I finished my working day at 14:00 and went to the city. No feeling of guilt, anxiety “I have done enough; what if it doesn't work; my business is waiting, and here I am chilling out in the city; I need to return home as soon as possible, and think what else I can do.

It won't work if there is no reason. It is useless to hustle if there is no right reason. Therefore, I decided to balance the right actions for business growth in balance and creating reasons for my actions to bring the desired result.

💎Today planing to finish at 15:00. Yes, that's the way. Yes, you don't come to this right away. But when there is a system, a clear and logical understanding of how everything works, all that remains is to make a choice. Live according to the old approach and thinking, run in a circle of burnout.

Or implement a system that allows you to develop a profitable business with inner peace of mind, in balance. No hustle or burnout. I made my choice. I choose the second option, I am writing about it here. I show a little in stories. Customer results, too.

I feel lightness, confidence, calmness and freedom in every cell of my body. Such a special state that you doing it right way, you go the right way, you notice the signs. Because the system has proven many times - it works.

❤️Today without a title, straight to the point)). Yesterday we started our free introductory course "Activating your Business energy» and on the first day we talked about 5 goals.

From the unusual point of view. Not achievement, struggle, fight at any cost. Often at the cost of your own health, lost years of happiness and well-being. And from the side of joy and fulfillment.

Does your approach fulfilling your goals fulfills you, gives you joy and happiness, or devastates and lead to burnout? Are you racing or stay calm?

🤦‍♀️If you are still chasing successful success, want to be better, prove, show - you are wasting your energy and time. You burn out valuable minutes, days and years of your life. Create even more situations in your life where you need to fight and burn out. Just stop, look around and ask yourself: Do I really want that way to live and create my profitable business?

Once, this question helped me to question generally accepted norms. As it should be. No one knows how better than you yourself!

Yes, yes and again YES! Business and life should bring joy, fulfillment of your goals and desires here and now! Just change your approach!
