Games, stories, postures are used to engage their imagination & creativity.

Great fun at our yoga class this morning with a gruffalo story, some juggling scarves, pompoms and lots animals and dancing of course 🎉🎊😘
Thank you to the bigger ones (mummies) and little ones of course for a great work 🤗

This week the weather has been very kind to us and 🌞 is smiling to us everyday so far and I’m so grateful for that 🙏🏻
And so the Friday is looking awesome and I can’t wait to have some yoga fun with you and your little ones.
Going to include a great “tool” which is an extend rainbow ball what I’m sure the kids will love it ♥️
