Breathing Space Tuesdays 19.30 - 21.00. Rejuvenate, Refresh, Nourish, Strengthen and Flex with highly experienced yoga teacher. Backwell

Breathing Space offers Sivananda Hatha yoga to strengthen and revitalise mind and body, improve health and awaken energy through two different style classes. All classes are currently online - physical classes will return to Backwell, Nailsea and Sandford as soon as we are able to do so safely. Our energetic sessions increase strength and flexibility through stretches and repetition, the other focuses on breath work, moving energy up through the chakras to restore health and energy. Sunday evenings Restore and Relax allows time to release tension by exploring a few postures. Teacher Jane Sabherwal discovered this style of yoga as a student in Bristol, practising in her small room, and developed her practise further when living in India for 15 years, through regular classes with her guru, Mansoor, and retreats on the banks of the River Ganges. She is delighted to share this deeper practise with her students at Breathing Space. One to one sessions and pure beginniers sessions are available on request. Jane also teaches specialised backs and necks sessions, lunch time yoga sessions for those with busy working schedules, and pregnancy sessions.

New Yoga Course for Beginners, Returners, Improvers and Switchers!
From September on Tuesday evenings. Returners… it would be wonderful to see you again!

Even if you have been practising a different style of yoga, you are very welcome to explore hatha yoga with us. I also teach an intermediate level class, giving you a pathway to progress your practise more intensively.

Dates: September 9th to October 21st. 6pm - 7.15pm. That’s seven glorious 75 minute sessions!!! You will become stronger, more flexible and mentally calmer by practising yoga. Cost £82. One of life’s great investments! Need confirmation by end of July. Happy to chat! Jane
