Your Health Security First Account

The Health Security First Account (HSFA) is an innovative product offered by the JIPA Network (Joint Independent Provider Association) in conjunction with local partners, the first being The City of Bridgetown Credit Union.

The HSFA programs currently consist of two innovative solutions to assist you in managing healthcare and mitigating the financial risks associated with treatment: The Carib Health First Program which focuses on Primary Health Care and the Carib Health Plus Program which focuses Specialist & Catastrophic Care Services.

Who can join? Anyone regardless of age or medical condition or pre-existing condition; even if you have traditional medical insurance.

How much will it cost? Deposit what you can. At COB they will deposit $50 into the first 1,000 accounts. Just make sure you have enough to pay the doctor. Pay money when you can.
