This night in Old Town Scottsdale was a reminder of something I believe strongly:
the most meaningful innovation doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens when people gather in real life.
When conversations go beyond transactions.
When trust is built face-to-face.
As we move into 2026, I see a clear shift happening across wellness, senior care, and leadership:
✨ Relationships will matter more than reach
✨ Community will outperform cold networking
✨ Human-centered leadership will replace hustle culture
✨ Collaboration will drive better outcomes than competition
This is especially true in industries rooted in care—senior living, rehab, mental health, and wellness—where trust, values, and alignment shape everything.
Huge appreciation to Mary Ellen Twohey, Eric Twohey, and Elisa Lane for hosting a space that made real connection possible—and to the incredible women I got to share it with, including Carrie Habel, Julia Moon, and Denise Carman.
We’re also quietly building something new here in Scottsdale—an elevated, intentional women’s leadership collective focused on connection, growth, and meaningful collaboration.
More on that soon. 🌿
Because the future of leadership isn’t louder.
It’s closer.
And it’s built together.
