Seeking a Dynamic Personal Assistant to Join Our NDIS Service Provider Team in Western Sydney!

Are you a highly organized, quick-thinking individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others? We are a leading NDIS service provider in Western Sydney seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
​
- Assist with NDIS-related tasks, including documentation, reporting, and compliance.
​
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders, primarily in Arabic.
​
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
​
- Conduct research and gather information to support service delivery.
​
- Drive to various locations within Western Sydney to support clients and team members.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
​
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and processes.
​
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
​
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken). Must be able to communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking participants.
​
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
​
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
​
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
​
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

- Previous experience in the NDIS field, particularly with product and service delivery.
​
- Experience as a support worker in the NDIS sector.
​
- Familiarity with NDIS portal and related systems.
