Join me in the pursuit of health and happiness. We are all individuals and have different needs.

Through my own struggles with a health crisis, I have come to realize how powerful the statement is "We are what we eat". I have taken my life back by changing my eating habits, getting more rest, learning to say "no", knowing what really makes me happy and, frankly, finding peace in being imperfect. With years of research, self-education and most recently my studies at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I want to share what I have learned with you, so that you too can have the Happy, Healthy and Harmonious life that you deserve.
