Interested in joining the 3 WINS Family ? Stop by San Fernando Recreational Park at 208 Park Ave San Fernando, CA 91340 at 7:30AM Monday, Wednesday, or Friday to shadow our student instructors. If wanting to become a NEW PARTICIPANT, come by and we will help you fill out a waiver.

Ladies and gentlemen, this Saturday on March 1st we will be having our San Fernando Valley Mile! 🏃‍♂️ ⚡️ 🏃‍♀️

We first did this race back in 2022, our second race in 2023, and now our third on Saturday! We hope to see you all there! To sign up just follow the website in the first photo! We have a variety of options for you to choose from in terms of what time you think you can complete the mile. We hope to see you all there!
