Here's good smoothie recipe that sneaks in the healthy anti inflammatory super foods in a tasty way -

Berry with Spinach Smoothie

1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
1 1/2 cups loosely packed spinach
Stevia or agave syrup - to taste (also optional)

Add the orange juice, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and spinach to a high speed blender. Blend on medium high speed until the spinach is completely blended. To sweeten, add some stevia drops or agave syrup to taste.

The better types of curcumin for absorption and effects seem to be ones that are made with special carriers such as liposomes. A patented process is needed to make that type of material, I think - and one brand of curcumin with the improved carrier or delivery system is called Meriva. Amazingly, researchers have done tests on healthy people and concluded that taking natural supplements doesn't really improve their metabolic or cardiovascular health much.
