- This is Barbara. She is 79 years young. She had never lifted weights a day in her life before walking into this studio 4 years ago. Yesterday, when she walked in, she said, "I have something to share - I was at Lowe's yesterday and I'm not going to say it was a piece of cake, but, I could pretty easily pick up a 25 pound bag of mulch! That felt so good!" She even unloaded both bags from her car when she got home! She often jokes she doesn't want her husband to know how strong she's getting because then he'll make her do more 😂

Be like Barbara. Try something new that will benefit your health and allow you continued independence as you age.
