In 2009 I had a client come back to me at 6 weeks postpartum 👩🏼🍼with a tear-drop 💧shaped gap in her belly.
I had NO idea what it was, DESPITE the pre and postnatal trainings I had taken, and books I had read.
Ever since then I’ve been OBSESSED with learning everything I can about how to help clients prevent and heal diastasis recti.
🔹Today, we have SOOO much more awareness, 🤓education, and research 📚around this condition.
In the 15 plus years I’ve been working with diastasis recti clients, AND the 8 years I’ve been educating other teachers,
➡️ I’ve discovered that there are 3 KEY ingredients that Pilates teachers need to CONFIDENTLY deliver sessions that ACTUALLY make a LASTING difference to their clients’ healing of diastasis recti.
I’ll be sharing those 3 key ingredients during my NEXT live training The 3 Keys to Confidently Teaching Clients with Diastasis Recti.
Here’s what you’ll walk away with after this training …
✅ Definition of diastasis recti, and what causes this condition so you can CONFIDENTLY educate clients.
✅ The muscles that are ACTUALLY involved (it has VERY little to do with the re**us abs), INCLUDING how the pelvic floor is affected.
✅ 1 Modification to make ANY Pilates exercise SAFE & Effective!
➡️ Plus, we’ll uncover what’s REALLY going on with vague, restrictive guidelines like:
“Don’t teach flexion exercises.” and “Just work the transverse abs.”
I CAN’T WAIT to bring you this BRAND NEW training!
