Hi everyone 😍
I'm so pleased to see how many people have come by the page and hopefully found a little inspiration and helpful information 💚

We always want to keep our immune systems strong and healthy. Enjoying a large green smoothie daily will do just that!
This is a simple, nutritious and delicious way to know that you are doing something positive for your body every single day 💗
There are recipes and combinations on this page or simply use what's available to create your own.
Not only are leafy greens terrific but vegetables such as zucchini, squash, carrots, beets and cauliflower, to name a few, are great additions if that's what you have. Ginger and turmeric are excellent additions.

Include a liquid of choice, I prefer water, and whatever fruit you have on hand.
Voila! This is a time to be creative and adventurous and do the best we can with what we have. To step up and take care of ourselves and feel in control.
I think that is most important!
I am sending that positive energy out to everyone 😍

Hello and Happy Holidays!!
It’s been entirely too long since I have shared some foodie love 💗

Every single day my hubby takes 2 green smoothies and a bowl of this chia cereal to work. It keeps him energized and feeling full and satisfied. He is on the move from morning to night and has found this to work well for him!!

Chia cereal (or pudding or porridge) whichever you choose to call it 😍

6 tablespoons of chia seeds
16 oz of h**p milk ( homemade) - or a nut milk of your choice
1 handful of raisins
1 handful of goji berries
1 banana
Sprinkle of cinnamon
A touch of honey
And anything else your heart desires!
(nuts, pumpkin seeds, other fruit)

Mix well, on and off for about 5 minutes, until all the chia seeds are fully immersed. Set aside for anywhere from a half hour to overnight. Once you see that it has totally thickened it is ready to enjoy.
We make this every night and let it sit in the refrigerator until morning.
It’s been a healthy, delicious staple in our house for several years now!
