When I’m in the depths of New England winter, I like to light a fave candle and lean on warming, grounding, spicy teas, herbs, and essential oils. Golden Leo Chai and my Queen of Wands spray are just a few examples!

In addition, uplifting herbs like the turmeric, ginger, and lemon found in “Invite the Light” tea, or citrus essential oils like in my “Brighid’s Blessing” blend really do help chase the stir-crazy blues away. Spring will come again!
