We will explore the common toxins we are exposed to, how they affect our body, why they’re hard to breakdown, where they get stored and how what you can do to reduce your toxic load. 💦 🏃 🥗 🫖 🫐 ☀️

I love Dr Hyman and his trailblazing work and practice of Functional Medicine. Though this showcases how different candy 🍫 is today, this is true about most packaged foods as well.

Even whole foods like 🍎 🥦 🥕 🫐 🥩 🐟 have been affected by modern farming practices.

To help avoid bingeing on Halloween candy this year…..
🍁Eat a well balanced meal plate of (1/ 3 protein with 2/3 whole plant foods of 2-3 colored) before you eat sweets. 🍭
