This was a male paediatrician without kids and he also asked if I wanted to take my 11 month old to a dietitian 🤯😱 like WTF!!!!!
This was with my first baby, he didn’t even eat that much food until 12 m + (prob cause I tried to feed him veggies all the time 🙄🙃) and we always breastfed on demand! He never had formula or a bottle (which can cause over-feeding). He walked at 7 months of age and he is so strong and muscular for his age, even now at soon 5 people think he’s 7!
The pure ignorance of this doctor is beyond me!!!
Safe to say, we never went back. 🫣
Another doctor said at our 4 month check up we should start rice cereal because “babies need carbs and not just breastmilk”
Again, with my first baby.
My other kids only see doctors if they get very sick and need extra help (which hasn’t happened!) 😌

Why do doctors / people think nature messed up ?
& that processed foods are healthier than breast milk?
That a company like nestle is here to save all these poor breastfed babies with formula and baby food?
I don’t get how a company that earns 9 billions in a year from selling chocolate also claims to care about healthy eating for babies? Two very different niches but both obviously highly profitable 🙃

What I’ve been eating lately! 💃
It’s not necessarily a “what I eat in a day video” but a collection of my most common foods in the last 2 months.
Heavy on meat & fat but not zero carbs, I’m feeling great and my now 4 month old is nearly 8kg (double his birth weight!) so it’s safe to say my milk supply is strong 💪 🤱
