✨ Saturday reminder for you ✨
Weekend doesn’t mean giving up on your goals. You can enjoy your life and stay on track both can exist together. Here’s what I’m focusing on today 👇

1️⃣ Water 💧
Drink more than you think you need. It keeps your energy up, reduces cravings, helps digestion, and supports recovery.

2️⃣ Protein every meal 🍳🐟🍗
This is what keeps you full and keeps your metabolism working. Try to have 20–40g with every meal simple and effective.

3️⃣ Balance it out 🥑🍓🥗
If you eat something outside your plan, just balance the rest of your day with whole foods. Go for color dark greens, reds, purples. More color = more nutrients for your hormones and metabolism.

4️⃣ Move your body 🚶‍♀️✨
A simple walk helps so much with digestion, stress, and energy. Perfect for weekends.

And just being real…
It’s my sister’s birthday, and yes I’m having Brazilian cake 😍🎂. One slice won’t ruin the progress. Balance not perfection.
Don’t look for perfect. look for daily progress.

✨ Building Muscle at 69 💪 It Is Possible ✨

Most people think it’s too late…
But Julie is the real proof here at Crunch Port St. Lucie that your body can still get stronger at any age. 💛💪

this year she:
🔥 Gained +2.7 lbs of muscle
🔥 Got stronger in her legs, arms, core
🔥 Improved posture, balance and mobility
🔥 Kept her visceral fat low and healthy
🔥 Stayed consistent without gaining unwanted fat

How do you stay consistent when you’re a mom, busy, and tired? 💭
You decide to show up anyway.

When Ana Paula (25) started training with me at .portstlucie her goal was simple:
👉 Lose weight
👉 Reduce belly fat
👉 build muscle, feel strong and confident again

She’s a mom. She works. She has to plan her sessions around her babysitter….
but she still shows up for herself. Every. Single. Week. 💪

November starts NOW 😍and you just got one hour back! ⏰

I used mine to sleep a little more and then went for a 3-mile run this morning 🏃‍♀️☀️
The weather here in Florida is too perfect not to move.

In a world where people drive to go walk on a treadmill, you can just step outside ➡️breathe, walk, run, and enjoy your own time 🌴💪

We’re getting close to the holidays, and this is when most people start slowing down…
Don’t. Keep showing up for yourself 💪even in small ways.

Here are 3 tips to finish this year proud of yourself:
1️⃣ Keep your non-negotiables 👉drink your water 💧, eat your protein 🍳, and move daily.
2️⃣ Protect your sleep and stress ➡️rest is part of your progress.
3️⃣ Stay close to people who live the lifestyle you want ➡️👉👉their energy will keep you motivated.

You don’t need a Monday or a new year to restart.
You just need to decide you’re not giving up on yourself today and everyday!!! ❤️
