Hello friends!

For my birthday, instead of doing a Facebook charity, I’d like to focus on one I’m personally involved in. I am part of Allied Against Cancer, which is part of the American Cancer Society. We are working on raising money to help LGBTQIA+ individuals have better access to cancer screenings. We are having an event next month, Cancer's a Drag , where I will be performing as an ambassador! My goal is to raise $5000 to help the cause. Please consider donating by clicking the link below! You can also volunteer or buy tickets to the event there as well! If you own a business, you can become a sponsor!

I am putting together some packages to raffle off as an incentive to give generously. I will be auctioning off a self care package that will include a 1 hour therapy session, as well as some other pampering goodness.

I will also be doing raffle for a trip to southern Utah including a hotel, food voucher, and a sunset guided tour for 2 in Sand Hollow with Sand Hollow 4x4!

For every $10 entered, you will receive one drawing entry for these awesome prizes!! I will be drawing for the vacation package and the self care basket on May 18th at 12pm, so let’s get donating for cancer awareness!

This is so true. Let’s face it. Life really sucks sometimes. It’s not fair. Sometimes it feels like the universe is playing a very long, very in bad taste practical joke on you. But you know what? We’ve survived all of our worst days and we will continue to. Sometimes it passes like a kidney stone. But it does pass.

Therapy helps it pass quicker. Come chat with me. We will help it pass together.

Music can be incredibly healing. So many songs have helped me through difficult times. Maddie Zahm for religious trauma and all things LGBTQ. Citizen Soldier (whose lead singer happens to be an LCSW!) for healing from emotional scars and trauma. Greenday’s Still Bleeding to know we’re still alive. I’ll be posting some songs here as well. What songs helped you get through difficult times?

Hello all! Thanks for following! This page is about to get a lot more active!

This photo is a great representation of how I see a lot of my clients, and myself. Covid kind of kicked everyone’s ass. Many of us left with severe mental health issues. Since 2022 we have been working on rebuilding. This is the year. This is the year we all work on the hard s**t and be the amazing, perfectly imperfect humans that we are!
